Job Title: Sales Executive

Job description:
- Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns including regarding quote, future order and post-delivery queries.
- Liaise with senior staff to determine supply of customers.
- Deliver a positive experience.
- Maximise opportunities of sales by advising client on products and services on offer.
- Advising client on budgeting and payment methods.
- To effectively communicate and share openly relevant business information, targets, results with your supervisor.
- Have the ability to effectively resolve customer disputes and complaints.
- Keep an account of sales and develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage client’s expectations with respects to delivery of products.
- Possess and utilise knowledge of the product and company.
- Have the ability to effectively step into a leadership role.
- Establish and enforce product-knowing standards. Possess and utilise knowledge of the product, the company, and competitors. and company. Forecast goals, sales objective and improvement to products and services

Qualification and experience:
