Previous BMW Alternator issue - Update

I left a previous review in regard to my alternator issues on my BMW, and I'm just doing a follow up to update you on the after care. These guys were actually really helpful, we just never communicated properly at the time and wires got crossed. They were definitely committed to keeping their customers happy, because after they diagnosed the problems with the car which seemed to be more than the alternator, they took it back into the garage and worked on it free of charge. My car is now driving like brand new again!! It was professional, they never made it seem like a burden and i would take my car back to them in the future as i feel they were honest. Buying a 2nd hand car comes with the risks of having faults but getting reassurance from the dealership in these cases is what adds to great after care. Good bunch of guys, helpful as always. You won't be disappointed.
